Description

A 12-month graduate program designed to kickstart a career in financial services technology. You will join the Trading and Market Data team, receiving hands-on training and mentoring to provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth operation of trading and market data services. The role is a pathway to permanent employment for high-performing graduates.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line client support by addressing inquiries and troubleshooting product issues
  • Log, track, and document support cases in the company's ticketing system
  • Learn to perform basic root cause analysis and escalate unresolved issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Finance, Investment, or a related field (required)
  • Demonstrated interest and foundational understanding of financial services, trading, and market data (preferred)
  • South African citizen aged 18 to 25, with no prior work experience, from previously disadvantaged demographic groups (as per the graduate program design)
